Terms of use

What this site is

FlyingCar.fun is an independent fan site about the flying car meme. It shows trending clips by other creators, explains the formats behind them and makes AI videos of your own car in those formats. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Not affiliated with Tesla

FlyingCar.fun has no connection to Tesla, SpaceX, Rockstar Games or any other company named on the site. Product and company names such as Tesla, Roadster and GTA belong to their owners and are used only to describe the meme. Facts about the Roadster come from public reporting and may change.

Creators' clips

Every clip shown here belongs to its creator. We embed it from the original post using the platform's own player, credit the creator and link back. We don't download or re-upload anyone's video. If you made a clip and want it removed, see content removal.

Credits and payment

• You buy videos in packs by card through Stripe or through PayPal. One credit makes one video. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay; they exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
• Credits never expire. If we can't use your photo or a video fails on our side, its credit goes back automatically.
• There are no accounts: credits and videos belong to the browser you paid in. You can bring them to another browser with the email you paid with and the receipt number from Stripe or the PayPal transaction ID.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.
• AI results vary. Every video follows the template, but the details of each one are generated anew.

Uploads and videos

These rules apply to anything you upload or make with FlyingCar.fun:

• Upload only photos you took or have the right to use.
• Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and don't upload public figures.
• Don't make videos that harass someone, impersonate a real news report or break the law.
• Videos are made with AI. Don't pass one off as real footage or a real event.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages that come from using it, from third-party players embedded in it, or from content linked from it.
