Privacy policy

The short version

FlyingCar.fun has no accounts. When you make a video we process the photo you upload to create it, and delete both after 30 days. Stripe and PayPal handle payments; we never see your card or bank details. We count visits with Google Analytics, we don't sell data and we don't run ads.

What we collect

  • Server logs. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the site and block abuse. We don't use these logs to identify you.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records which pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country and city level). It sets first-party cookies to tell visits apart. We use it to see which pages and templates people find useful, not to identify you. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off.   • Your photo and your videos. The photo you upload, the caption you add and the video made from them. We use them only to make and deliver your video.
  • Payments. Stripe processes card payments and PayPal processes PayPal payments. From them we receive the email you paid with, the amount, the tax charged, your billing country and the payment's ID, which we keep for our records and so you can recover your purchase on another device.
  • A browser cookie. Instead of an account, the browser you pay in gets a random ID in a cookie that ties it to your credits and videos. It isn't used for tracking or advertising.
  • Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can answer it.

Embedded videos

The clips on this site are embedded from the creators' original posts. When a player loads, the platform that hosts it may set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own policy:

We request X embeds with tracking for personalization turned off. A content or ad blocker that stops these players won't break the rest of the site, and blocking Google Analytics doesn't either.

Who processes your photo

Your photo is sent to the AI services that make the video: Anthropic, which looks at it to plan the video and which we reach through OpenRouter, and fal, which runs the image and video models. They process it on our behalf to make your video and nothing else.

How long we keep things

  • Your photo and your videos are deleted 30 days after the video is made. You can delete a video, and the photo it was made from, sooner in My videos.
  • Payment records (amount, tax, date, the email you paid with and the payment ID) are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • To have everything else about you deleted, write to us with the email you paid with and your receipt number or PayPal transaction ID.

Children

FlyingCar.fun isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
