Questions about paying
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack of videos. Nothing renews.
Do my videos expire?
Unused credits never expire. Finished videos are kept for 30 days, so download the ones you want to keep.
What if a video fails?
If we can't use your photo or the video fails on our side, its credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Do I need an account?
No. Your videos and credits belong to the browser you paid in. On another device, use the email you paid with and the receipt number from Stripe's receipt (or the PayPal transaction ID) to bring them over.
Is tax included?
Prices are before sales tax or VAT. Where it applies, it's added at checkout based on your billing address, and you see the total before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Not happy with a video? Email us within 7 days and we refund that video. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of buying. See the refund policy for the details.
